These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of KBS-LOS, a Loan Origination System (LOS) owned and operated by Krishna Bhima Samruddhi Local Area Bank Ltd (“Bank”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing, registering, or using KBS-LOS through the mobile application, web portal, or offline channels, you (“User”, “Applicant”) agree to be bound by these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws of India.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use KBS-LOS.
KBS-LOS is used for:
KBS-LOS does not guarantee loan approval. Approval is subject to bank policies and regulatory norms.
By using KBS-LOS, you confirm that:
Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of application and legal action.
You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate during verification, maintain confidentiality of OTPs, and use the platform only for lawful banking activities.
You shall be solely responsible for any activity carried out using your registered mobile number or credentials.
By submitting Aadhaar details, you give explicit consent for KYC verification via UIDAI-authorized providers. Aadhaar data is used only for identity verification. KBS-LOS does not store Aadhaar OTPs or biometric data.
You consent to PAN validation for regulatory compliance and credit assessment. Incorrect details may lead to application rejection.
You authorize verification of bank details. We do not store net-banking credentials, PINs, or passwords.
Integration for KYC, PAN, and credit bureau checks. The Bank is not responsible for third-party system failures beyond reasonable control.
Consent for GPS collection during application and tracking of authorized field agents for compliance and fraud prevention.
Consent to receive OTPs, updates, and calls. Transactional messages are mandatory.
Data handled per Privacy Policy. While we follow industry standards, no system is entirely risk-free.
No unauthorized access, sharing of false documents, misuse of data, or tampering with platform operations.
Bank reserves the right to block users suspected of fraud without prior notice for security reasons.
Facilitation platform only; loan approval depends on bank policy; no sanction guarantee.
Bank not liable for incorrect user info, technical issues, or user negligence.
User indemnifies Bank against claims from false info, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Laws of India apply. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Continued use implies acceptance of modified terms.
